THE HORSEWARE LINER SYSTEM IS CONVENIENT AND EASY TO USE.
The liner can be attached to most Horseware Rugs with a Velcro loop attachment around the neck area and clips in the back corner of the outer rug. The attachments prevent the liner from slipping under the outer rug. It is a simple system which gives your rug superior insulation properties without the expense or inconvenience of using two separate rugs.
