Hewitt & Whitty Saddlery is a locally owned family business and we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and supply our customers with quality products and services.
We endeavour to keep stock levels high, however due to our bricks and mortar shop having high foot traffic this is sometimes not the case. We also stock a high amount of seasonal and high demand items which are not available all the time. We attempt to the best of our ability to make sure that the stock shown on the website is available. Stock shown on our website will reflect stock available in our stores at various Hewitt & Whitty Saddlery LOCATIONS.

Items on sale or clearance can and will reflect on-line prices only and sometimes we are unable to offer this price in store.
Instore collection
Hewitt & Whitty Saddlery happily offers a click and collect service through our Saddlery locations. Photo ID will be required upon collection. Please allow 2-3 business days for your Click and Collect order payment to be finalized. A Ready for Pick Up email will be sent notifying you that your order is ready for collection. We are unable to allow Click and Collect order to be pick up before payments have been finalized.
Click and collect is available through all our saddlery locations, however delivery times to these stores will vary and we recommend waiting until staff have notified you that your order is ready. We will endeavour to have your order in you desired store as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address
The Hewitt & Whitty Saddlery team ask that you make sure to provide the correct shipping information and address. Hewitt & Whitty Saddlery is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense and additional costs may be incurred when we resend the order.
